Alicante HBC and Julia Kayser have been quite successful at the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour in Oliva Nova, Spain. But the fifth spot in a 1.40 m class and the 12th place in a 1.35 m class were not the only reasons for Julia’s smile on her face. It was the incredible way in which Alicante HBC jumped.
After the giant impact of Alicante’s first crop at the KWPN stallion show, lots of breeders ask for Alicante’s semen. HBC Stal did consider temporarily withdrawing Alicante HBC for the breeding season, in order to meet the demands of the breeders. Nevertheless HBC Stal decided not to interfere in the great development of Alicante HBC as a show jumper. The extremey talented son of Casall is learning so much and developing spectacularly, which made HBC Stal decide in favour of his show jumping career.
For the 2013 breeding season breeders can use frozen semen of Alicante HBC.
