Dakota VDL wins 6 year olds final at Wellington

A great result for the 6 years old approved stallion Dakota VDL. Yesterday he won with his rider ruiter Darragh Kenny the finals of the 6 years old Circuit at the WEF in Wellington, USA. The stallion won this final with a supernice clear round in the jumpoff in a fast time.


The finals of the 5-years old was won ex-aequo by El Corda (Indoctro x Corland), ridden by Sarah Sturges and G & C Clemenza (Carosso x Emilion), ridden by Luis Martinez . G&C Clemenza was sold as Elkana in the 2013 WEF Sport Horse Auction.


In the finals of the 7 year old jumpers Chapeau (Indoctro x Ramiro), ridden by Ronan McGuigan placed 2nd, Coberlina (Carolus II x Corland), ridden by Peter Lutz, placed 5th and Cicomein VDL (Chacco Blue x Jus de Pomme) placed 10th with her rider Tina Dilandri. Cicomein VDL was sold by the VDL Stud in the Wolden Summer Sale of 2013.


In the finals of the 8 year old jumpers Street Hassle placed 8th with his rider Paris Sellon. The VDL Stud has a 3 year old son sired by Street Hassle who is selected for the KWPN Stalliontest.
